Board of Directors

The Palm Desert Country Club Association is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors; the board members are elected by the homeowners. This board is responsible to represent its members, confirm that the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), Bylaws and Rules and Regulations are followed by all members, and help direct the needs and concerns of all homeowner members.

Monthly Board Meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. The Executive Session starts at 4:00PM and the Open Session starts immediately following the conclusion of the Executive Session or 5:00PM. Homeowners and tenants are welcome and encouraged to attend the Board of Directors Open Session.
