To gain entry to the pool/spa area,
homeowner's must obtain a key fob
from the PDCCA Management Office
Key fobs are provided to homeowners after
their yearly assessment is paid in full.
Pool hours vary with the season.

Palm Desert Country Club Association was originally known as Palm City Association and was incorporated in 1961. The clubhouse and adjoining structures were built along with 3 display homes. In 1977 the name was changed to Palm Desert Country Club Association. The “primary purpose for which the corporation was formed was to provide athletic, recreational and club facilities for the use of the residents” of the Association.

There are now 1054 homes or lots built on two tracts of land that make up the total membership of Palm Desert Country Club Association. Over the years the community has built up around the original development bordered by Washington St., Hovley, and Fred Waring Drive.

The area where the office and recreation buildings are located encompasses 4.5 acres. In addition to the buildings, there is a pool complex, park and rose garden. The Palm Desert Country Club golf course is owned by PD Golf Operations LLC, a privately held company.

The Palm Desert Country Club Association is governed by a seven member Board of Directors; the board members are elected by the homeowners. This board is responsible to represent its members, confirm that the CC&R's and By-Laws are followed by all members, and help direct the needs and concerns of all homeowner members.
